WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Assessments are due on the 1st of each month. Prepays are allowed. You can pay using any of the following methods.
*mail your payment to 11 E Bay, Brandon, MS 39047
*drop your payment at 38 Savannah Cir
*Set up auto pay through your bank account
*Use the owner portal to make payments by clicking here. This option charges a 95cent fee.
