WINDWARD BLUFF HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION

Townhome owner's monthly fees are $160 per month.

• $110 of the fee is applied to the operating account for common area maintenance: landscape, clubhouse, pool, gate, lighting, streets, utilities and insurance.

• $50 of the fee is applied to a townhome repair budget and used specifically for townhome maintenance requests as outlined in the governing covenants.

All attempts are made to meet the maintenance needs of our residents, with the understanding that we must adhere to a budget and decisions are made by a townhome committee. 

​

The townhome committee is comprised of three townhome owners, one of which serves on the HOA Board. Their responsibility is to prioritize townhome repair requests. Priority is given to issues posing safety concerns.
