CLUBHOUSE RESERVATIONS

Our clubhouse is available for use throughout the year for our residents in good standing. The clubhouse includes a sitting area, dinette, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and two restrooms. The outdoor area can not be reserved to exclude residents who use the pool and deck area, but may be used when you book the clubhouse.

Hours: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm

Fee: Free to use, must be cleaned properly after use or a cleaning fee of $90 will be applied to your account.

Supplies: The HOA does not supply paper products, trash bags, cleaning products, or any other items for clubhouse bookings.
